The Kijang Economics/Econokids competition results are expected to be released by the end of September 2024.

The Kijang Economics/Econokids results are available for checking at https://kijang.my/ by the end of September 2024. There is a ‘Result’ button for checking the results.

Based on the percentages numbers of students receiving each type of recognition out of a total of 2,000 participants:

– Gold: 1.6%
– Silver: 3.4%
– Bronze: 5%
– Honorable Mention: 40%
– Certificate of Participation: 50%

Each student’s result has been scanned and revised three times before release.

Yes! All students will receive both an e-certificate and a hard copy of the Kijang Economics/Econokids certificate. The e-certificates will be available one week after the results are released, allowing teachers time to make any necessary corrections. The hard copies will be sent to the schools by early December.

Teacher-in-charge’s e-certificates are available upon request. Hard copies will be provided to teachers registered as the teacher-in-charge at ContestHub and via the QR code in the teacher guide.

For corrections, we will provide a Google Form, which will be available during the result release.

For MyEO, all Malaysian medalist students (Gold, Silver & Bronze) from the Secondary category will be invited. The date will be announced after the results are released.

The date and location haven’t been confirmed yet. We will contact the teacher in charge two weeks before the event for RSVP.
